Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Some remote areas and free-zone or restricted sites may take longer or need a contact person at the gate.

2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Typical times are 1–3 working days in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and 2–5 working days elsewhere. Products dispatched by one of our verified suppliers show that supplier's dispatch time.

3. Charges

Any delivery charge is shown in AED at checkout before payment and includes VAT. There are no hidden fees on delivery.

4. Tracking and handover

You receive tracking details by email and SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. The courier may ask for the order number or a one-time code at handover. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us within 15 days if anything is missing or damaged.

5. Delays and failed delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated date we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts the order is returned to us and refunded, less any delivery charge already incurred, as shown at checkout.
