Returns & replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, tags and invoice.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified by email when the refund is issued.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. opened earphones/earbuds, software, consumables) may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, the returns process above applies.
