Terms of Use

1. Who we are

BidBuddy (the "Platform") is operated in the United Arab Emirates by Enabler-S FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity - FZE LLC licensed by Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ), Government of Ajman under trade licence no. 262495840888 ("BidBuddy", "we", "us"). By browsing the Platform or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy and our Delivery Policy.

2. Who sells to you

Enabler-S FZE LLC is the seller of every product you buy on the Platform: your contract of sale is with us, we issue your invoice, and we are responsible to you for delivery, returns, refunds and warranty. Some products are supplied and dispatched by independent businesses that we have verified (trade licence, owner identity and bank account) before they can supply us; this does not change who you contract with or your rights.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You must give accurate name, contact and delivery details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, resale in breach of these Terms, or in breach of UAE law.

4. Prices, VAT and product information

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
• We describe products accurately, including their main specifications, warranty and country of origin where available. Product images are illustrative; the written description prevails.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email or SMS/WhatsApp after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider using encrypted connections. BidBuddy does not store your full card details. You will receive an electronic tax invoice for every paid order.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the seven Emirates. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Your rights to repair, replacement or refund are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulation.

9. Product compliance

Products sold on the Platform must comply with UAE law, including, where applicable, telecommunications type approval by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and conformity requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT). We sell only genuine products and require our suppliers to guarantee that the products they supply are genuine and compliant. Report any product you believe is counterfeit or unsafe to [email protected].

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping, interfering with its operation, posting unlawful, offensive or misleading content (including fake reviews), or using it for any purpose prohibited by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.

11. Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

12. Intellectual property

The BidBuddy name, logo, software and content are owned by or licensed to Enabler-S FZE LLC. Brand names and trademarks of products belong to their respective owners.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

14. Complaints

Contact us first at [email protected]; we acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Ministry of Economy consumer protection service (toll-free 800 1222) or the economic department of your Emirate.

15. Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your own Emirate. These Terms are available in Arabic and English; in case of any inconsistency the Arabic version prevails to the extent required by law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date of the latest version is shown above.
