Returns, Refunds & Warranty

1. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, not as described, or is the wrong item, tell us within 15 days of delivery. We will, at your choice and at no cost to you, repair it, replace it, or refund the full price including delivery charges. This is in addition to your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

2. Change of mind

You may return a product you no longer want within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original sealed packaging, with all accessories, manuals and free gifts. We refund the product price; return pickup may be charged if shown at the time of the request.

For hygiene, safety and data-security reasons, the following cannot be returned for change of mind once opened: earphones and in-ear audio, personal-care devices, software, licence keys and gift cards, and products whose seal or IMEI label has been removed. This does not affect returns of faulty items.

3. Warranty

Products carry at least the manufacturer's or seller's warranty stated on the product page, which is honoured in the UAE. Where a defect appears during the warranty period we will arrange repair or replacement, or a refund if neither is possible within a reasonable time. Spare parts and after-sales service follow the requirements of the Consumer Protection Law.

4. How to return

1. Go to My Orders, choose the order and select Request return, or email [email protected] with your order number.
2. For faulty items, attach a photo or short video of the problem.
3. We confirm within 2 working days and arrange pickup from your address in the UAE.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned product passing inspection (or of our approval, where no return is needed). Your bank may take up to a further 14 days to show it. We issue a credit note for every refund, including the VAT refunded.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched, from My Orders or by contacting us; we refund in full within 7 days.

7. Products dispatched by our suppliers

These rules apply to every product you buy on BidBuddy, including products dispatched directly by one of our verified suppliers. We are the seller in every case and we handle your return, refund and warranty claim.
